Restore the Pitch Belford Roxo

Hi, my name is Joshua, and I’m raising money to help repair a local football pitch in Belford Roxo, Rio de Janeiro.
I’ve played football there weekly myself, so this isn’t just a place I’ve heard about or seen from the outside. I know the pitch, I know some of the people who use it, and I’ve seen how important it is to the local community.
Right now, though, the place is falling apart.
The pitch needs work. The gates around it are damaged. The lights need fixing. Some of the doors and access points are in bad condition too. It’s still being used by kids, teenagers and adults, but it could be much safer and much better.
That’s why I’m trying to raise money to help fix it.
The money raised will go towards things like:
* Repairing the pitch
* Fixing the gates around it
* Improving the lights
* Repairing damaged doors and access points
* Buying materials needed for the work
* Making the space safer and more usable
Football is a big part of life here. For some people it’s a way to train and compete. For others, it’s a way to stay active, spend time with friends, keep kids busy, and bring people together.
This pitch has a lot of value to the community, but it needs help.
Any donation, no matter how small, would be massively appreciated. And if you can’t donate, sharing the campaign would also help a lot.
I’ll be sharing updates as the project moves forward, so people can see exactly where the money is going and what progress is being made.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and for supporting the project.
