Rescue Dog Dumped and In Pain

Story

Cookie is a Rescue Dog that was dumped and is now in pain. She requires a surgery for her ear which will be quite a bit. We went to get Cookie from a Police Precinct instead of her going to a kill shelter. We brought her to our home. She is a lively love bug who loves being picked up and played with. There is no reason for her to die or live in pain. Doc said if the infection was different, it would be far less money yet it is in such a way that they need to get in there. She will wear a cone for 3 weeks afterwards. Cookie is up for adoption and Springfield Rescue does not ask for rehoming fees which takes a heck of a toll on my teacher income.
