We are an organisation set up to stop the flags of our country in our town from being destroyed, ripped, or torn down.

Our group was created because, for decades, many people have felt misled by those in power and ignored by government. We are focused on supporting our local community, putting flags up, and maintaining them properly.

To date, we have supported 12 good causes, including helping two care homes with donations and board games, filling 20 potholes, providing brand new toys at Christmas for the paediatric units in three county hospitals, helping an elderly woman in her 90s with heating costs over winter, donating money to a local hospice, giving an ex-veteran a pub chain meal voucher, and donating two lots of dried food shopping worth £88 in total to the local homeless centre and food bank, along with much more besides.

We believe it is wrong for flags to be taken down or damaged. We will continue to put up and maintain flags across Shrewsbury and the surrounding areas, while also carrying on with our local good causes using any extra funds available after making sure the flags are up and properly maintained.

We want to be absolutely clear: we do not support racism, extremism, or fascism of any kind—there is no place for that here.

Our stance is not about division, but about change. We believe this country deserves better, and that starts with fresh ideas, accountability, and new leadership.

We are calling for real change in the system, including the opportunity for new parties to step forward and represent the people properly. This is about giving a voice to those who feel unheard and pushing for a fairer, stronger future for everyone.
