 Food  & Well-being First cares for vulnerable households and  infividuals in Southwark and Lambeth and Lewisham.

OUR MOST VULNERABLE are at greater risk during COVID 19 Pandemic.   

* Our Elders
* Pregnant and breast feeding women
* Our Children under 5 years of age
* People suffering chronic illness and low mental wellness and isolation
* People with No Recourse to Public Funds 

We source and deliver FREE  healthy nutritious food and loving kindness  to low income households when  people are  struggling.

Please help our to purchase fresh fruits, veg, heavy duty fridge, loading trolley, food sealing equipment, food bags, food labels and PPE to keep our volunteers and the people we look after, safe and well.

BY DONATING it shows you care too and together we can  look after our most vulnerable.  Our Volunteers  deliver weekly, often on foot, just to make sure we reach  those in need.
 
OUR ASK:  This Covid pandemic, has put a strain on members of our community and those who  care for other family members.  We need buy equipment, PPE and fresh food.  We need volunteer delivery drivers 2 hrs a week.

DONATE NOW!   to  help buy  weekly, healthy nutritious fresh food and immune boosting  foods like     Yam, Plaintain, Green and Ripe banana, Ginger, spinach, okra, mushroom,  Oranges,  Onion, potato, carrots, Cabbage,  tumeric,  Sweet Potatoes. Tomatoes, cereals, pulses and other Cultural specific ITAL Food.

 "ITAL" food allows us to be  healthy without compromise during this pandemic.
