No one’s bike is safe: RIP Alex’s Bike

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share something and ask for a little help. My boyfriend’s bike was stolen from right from Rittenhouse Square in Philly, and it’s been really tough. He’s one of the hardest-working people I know, and he depends on that bike as his only way to get to and from work. He rides it every day to his shift at The Love in Rittenhouse, where he puts in long hours—usually 10-12 hours each shift. He does everything right—keeps it in a parking garage with security cameras, right next to the guard’s booth. But someone must have been watching, and as soon as the guard stepped away on his rounds, they cut through his lock and took off with it.

If anyone sees a blue “Lectric” electric bike being sold or if someone tries to sell one that looks like it could be his, please reach out. We’re working on getting him a new one, but in the meantime, any support or info would mean a lot. Thank you so much for keeping an eye out!
