
Pushing for Change, exercising daily for 30days of July
After completing the the 130 mile walk to Bristol, I decided to give the the campaign, one final push (pun intended). For the month of July, I will be doing a minimum of 100 push ups every day, in order to raise awareness for Mental Health, and adopting a healthier lifestyle.

For the main part of my campaign in May, I will be tackling a 130 mile walk (YEP, you heard me right) from Essex to Bristol in May.

Mental health is a national pandemic which we don’t hear much about, and our leaders don’t seem to be taking this as seriously as they should. Perhaps because it is often easy to gloss over due to it being somewhat invisible.
I’ll be posting regular videos to inspire, motivate and educate on mental health, fitness and ways to self empower ourselves. To make the invisible visible and to make the voiceless heard.
I will be posting content showcasing how I will physically and mentally prep for the big challenge, which will include:
