Help us build a first-of-its-kind remote work site, CreationHub, PC Bang, and EV charging hub.

The physical site is designed to develop American EV infrastructure, and be powered partially by solar canopies over both the building and charging stalls.

Pulse24 will seek to pilot in Chicago, with the intention of expanding America's EV infrastructure across the Great Lakes region.

The pieces of this project each complement each other, whilst filling 4+ major societal issues:

1. EV infrastructure is needed

2. Remote work sites are needed as viable backup locations, to support power outages, internet disruptions, and insecure networks. And often need reliable locations for networking, with less frequency required than traditional work sites.

3. Digital creators need places to network, promote, collaborate, and test products.

4. Communities need more 4th spaces, or places for youth and middle aged people to interact. The lounge and gaming areas provide recreational activities hosting, beyond the scope of drugs and alcohol to facilitate such community engagement. Along with providing on-site engagement for creators to test products, and for EV drivers to enjoy whilst charging.

For years, creators and gamers have been looking for a place in community. Pulse24 brings the community together, providing a space to gather, promote their ideas, share skills, seek collaborators, and play games with one another.

The upstairs Gaming Center mimics thriving Asian and European gaming cafes, which are serving millions of people every day.

Downstairs, members can enjoy the Creator Space, Commons, or Lounge. Make something in the Creator Space and see its' promotions launched across the Commons, Gaming Center, and affiliated web promotion network. Or hang out in the Lounge, where you can host events.

Outside, the facility is intended to expand EV infrastructure across America, and provide EV drivers not just a place to charge, but a place to be while charging. Each EV stall will include a solar powered canopy, and wifi access.

Pulse24 will be open 24 hours daily. With DayPasses for the Gaming Center to remain accessible, but memberships for promotion services and Creator Spaces to remain focused, for the creators depending on them.

How Funds Will Be Used

This GoFundMe will help cover the early-stage development: design, advertising, community growth, and sustainment -- so that I can continue building Pulse24's expansion in the Great Lakes region, as we prepare for an upcoming kickstarter launch.

Specifically, the budget will be used for social media promotion to prepare for kickstarter launch, legal costs for grant applications, design softwares, and self-sustainment.

Every contribution — even $5 — moves the vision forward.
