This fundraiser supports a § 1983 civil rights lawsuit against Arizona’s Department of Child Safety (DCS) for documented violations of due process, equal protection, and parental rights.
In 2019, DCS removed three children from their mother without verified evidence, relying solely on hearsay. Law enforcement found no danger, yet DCS proceeded with removal, falsified records, denied reunification efforts, and imposed unattainable service goals. The agency separated siblings, ignored court orders, and obstructed access to legal remedy.
This case exposes:
- Systemic misuse of authority
- Fabrication of official records
- Denial of constitutional rights
- Collusion between state actors
- Ongoing obstruction of justice
The lawsuit seeks damages, accountability, and protective measures for the children involved. Funds will support legal fees, documentation, outreach to journalists and coalitions, and the launch of a survivor-led initiative to protect others from similar abuse.
Every contribution helps restore truth, protect children, and hold public agencies accountable.
