Hello, I am Patrick McGreal from Reynella, Westmeath. Since November 2021, I have faced significant challenges due to corruption within Westmeath County Council. Despite my efforts to address criminal behavior by numerous public servants, I have encountered obstacles in seeking justice. I am currently navigating formal complaints in my local district court, where I have faced resistance from judges and court staff. I want to emphasize that all my actions are lawful, and I am determined to uphold my rights protected by the Constitution of Ireland and the Acts of the Oireachtas. I refuse to be silenced and will pursue justice through legal means, even considering a Citizens arrest if necessary. As Irish citizens, we have the power to defend our rights and hold accountable those who violate the law

I have started Private Prosecutions Ireland to legally pursue state employees & their legal representatives for violating our constitutional rights, initiating legal actions in Irish criminal & civil courts to uphold accountability and protect our Constitutional Republic for the People of Ireland

Private Prosecutions Ireland initiates court proceedings against individuals working for the Irish state when they fail to provide the protection and rights guaranteed by the Irish Constitution.

Gathering evidence, identify the specific sections of law that have been broken, and commencing both criminal and civil proceedings in the Irish courts.

The goal of the service is to hold state employees & their legal representatives accountable for wrongful acts and to strengthen the Irish Constitutional Republic by exercising the rights of the People.

The right of private prosecution is recognized in Irish law as an important constitutional safeguard and is endorsed by the High Court of Ireland.

With the support of the People in Ireland, Private Prosecutions Ireland will prosecute state employees from the Government, Public, Civil & Judicial service & I will also prosecute solicitors & barristers who misrepresent the law by helping these criminally intent state employees evade justice.

The Irish Statue Book is the rule book we must all adhere to & the Constitution of Ireland is the overseer of Justice.

We live in a democratically elected government , under a Constitutional Republic & as such the rights of the People of Ireland are paramount.

Private Prosecutions Ireland will start by holding the Ombudsman, his solicitor & barrister to account for perjury in the Criminal High Court, sitting in Parkgate Street in Dublin on the 9th of April 2024 for perjury.
