Help us survive

Dear world, I am Mohammed, 32 years old, from the Gaza Strip, specifically Rafah.

I have been displaced in Khan Yunis for 14 months in a very small tent unfit for human habitation.

We live in difficult conditions, suffering from shortages of food, drink, medical care, and basic and essential supplies, as well as extremely high prices for food, drink, and all essential supplies.

I care for my family, my grandmother, and my missing brother's children.

My father is ill and suffers from paralysis in his left leg (report below) and has suffered a stroke.

My grandmother also suffered a stroke that left her unable to speak.

They need special care and the provision of basic needs.

We live in a polluted environment, with a lot of waste and sewage around us.

We need food, drink, cleaning supplies, medical care, and all basic needs so we can continue until the Rafah crossing is opened.

I am writing to you after much thought and hesitation, but my hope of saving my family's lives has prompted me to request urgent assistance from you to help me continue and survive, and then evacuate to Egypt after the Rafah border crossing opens.
