Support Our Mission to Lae, Papua New Guinea – Building Hope Together

From June 27 to July 13, 2025, a dedicated team of around 30 volunteers from Mt Gravatt Seventh-day Adventist Church and partnering churches will be embarking on a life-changing mission trip to Lae, Papua New Guinea.

Our mission has three core focuses:

Construction Project: Our skilled builders and tradespeople will construct two new classrooms designed to accommodate up to 300 primary school students, providing much-needed educational infrastructure in the 4 Mile District of Lae.

STORMCo (Service To Others Really Matters) Children’s Ministry: Our team will be running a vibrant children's club, engaging and ministering to approximately 500 children through fun, faith-based activities and personal connection.

Gospel Proclamation: Each evening for 14 nights, we will be sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with the local community, bringing hope and encouragement through worship, teaching, and fellowship.

We are thrilled to have already raised $32,000 toward our goal. However, to complete the building project and fully support our ministry efforts, we need to raise approximately $100,000.
