Together with immigrant advocates and AI experts, I’ve helped create PAXIS, a lifeline app built to protect families during ICE raids and citizens in a time of crisis.

I’m former Congressman Joe Walsh, and in collaboration with the Symbiquity Foundation we are building PAXIS as a multilingual, private, legal support AI for migrants, immigrants and citizens, accessible on basic mobile phones, so no matter what you hold in your hand, you have a chance to access guidance, calm, and legal clarity.

Today agents arrive masked, snatch people off the streets in unmarked cars, and deport them without hearings. Families vanish. Children are left crying. Misinformation gets distributed at scale while those who need clarity don’t have access to it.

PAXIS gives families a fighting chance and gives them a trusted channel for communication without distortion.

PAXIS delivers real-time guidance in emergencies — giving families clear steps, instant alerts, and access to legal support when they need it most. It also helps journalists cut through the flood of misinformation and disinformation on social media by providing verified rights information, so communities can act on truth instead of rumors.

PAXIS is more than just AI—it offers “collective intelligence”, a layer in between the AI and the Human, allowing the AI to work with 100% human alignment, beyond current AI capacity.

We’re raising $25,000 to build the basic infrastructure and launch the first working version of PAXIS: mobile-ready access, multilingual with full AI legal support, free to the families who need it most.

PAXIS is designed to be accessed on any phone, not just the newest models, allowing it to work even on WhatsApp or social media channels.

On the backend, PAXIS will have its owned and operated LLM and GPU, off the big tech grid, with an interface for public access.

For this legal support lifeline to truly make an impact, it has to reach the people who need it most — families in crisis, migrants under threat, communities overwhelmed by fear and misinformation. That kind of reach isn’t automatic.

It takes real infrastructure: trusted delivery channels like WhatsApp and SMS, multilingual support, secure hosting, and strong connections with legal aid and immigrant support groups.

Without reach, even the most powerful technology will sit unused.

That’s why each fundraising milestone isn’t just about adding features — it’s about expanding access.
