Meet Oreo, an adorable ten-year-old domestic shorthair tuxedo cat from California who has dental disease. To help him recover, Oreo urgently needs extractions that are estimated to cost $404.31 and more depending on the extractions needed. His mom is trying to raise an additional $400 for the remainder of the funds that Oreo needs to move forward with the treatment.

“Oreo is my 10-year-old domestic shorthair tuxedo cat who has been by my side through everything. I rescued him from a sober living home, and ever since, he has been a huge part of my recovery journey. He is not just a pet to me, he is my emotional support animal, my comfort, and truly my whole world. For the past eight years, Oreo has inspired me to stay sober and become a better version of myself. He makes me feel safe and reminds me every day that I am not alone.

On April 13, 2026, a veterinarian recommended dental treatment for Oreo due to infections and inflammation, along with care for inflammation in his stomach. He has not received treatment yet, but he urgently needs dental care, possibly including extractions, as well as medication to help with his stomach issues. Our goal is to raise $400 to cover his care, which includes a $150 grant from Paws 4 A Cure that will go toward his treatment.
