A single door opened can change a life.
You can help open that door for just £1.
What’s This About?
Too many talented young people are shut out of opportunity, not because they lack ambition, but because they lack access.
At Generation Success, we’re changing that by literally opening the doors of industry.
We run mentoring programmes, workplace visits, and Open Your Doors Day: a nationwide movement where companies like Goldman Sachs, SAP, MOO, The Telegraph, and many others host young people, mentor them, and show them what's possible.
But we can’t do this alone.
Why Now?
This year, early-career job opportunities are down by 33%.
Internships are disappearing. Graduate schemes are paused.
Even weekend jobs — the ones that give people their first shot — are vanishing.
And it’s young people from underrepresented backgrounds who are being hit the hardest.
We’re determined not to scale back when they need us most.
This campaign is our bridge — to continue opening doors, building confidence, and launching careers.
Every £1 helps. Every share multiplies impact.
