This Ramadan, your generosity can directly protect and sustain displaced women and children from Gaza now living in Egypt.

Rise Up Humanity is a Minneapolis based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with an active humanitarian project in Egypt. We work directly with families who fled Gaza with nothing but what they could carry. Many are mothers caring for children in overcrowded apartments without stable income, food security, or basic supplies.

This campaign is zakat eligible for those fulfilling their Ramadan obligation, and it is open to anyone who feels called to help.

Your donation will provide:

• Food for families facing hunger

• Clothing for women and children who arrived with almost nothing

• Hygiene essentials including diapers and feminine care products

• Toys and comfort items to bring dignity and relief to children experiencing trauma

In 2025 alone, Rise Up Humanity helped over 40,000 people affected by crisis in Syria, Gaza, and Sudan. We are a volunteer based organization with extremely low overhead. Our 2025 operational expenses were just 0.4 percent, meaning nearly every dollar goes directly to families in need. We have filed our 2025 taxes and remain fully compliant as a registered nonprofit.

Ramadan is a month of mercy, generosity, and multiplied reward. For those giving zakat, funds will be distributed according to Islamic guidelines to eligible recipients. For others, your support is a powerful act of solidarity and compassion.
