Caleb Williams has been named the Week 11 NFL Players Association

(NFLPA) Community MVP for hosting 40 members from his youth football team, Caleb WilliamsElite, to a memorable weekend in Chicago.

Through his Caleb Cares nonprofit, the Chicago Bears quarterback funded the transformative experience, including the flight from Bowie, Maryland to the Windy City and their lodging expenses. This marks the second consecutive season that Williams has earned NFLPA Community MVP honors.

On Saturday, the student-athletes took part in an AI workshop in partnership with Microsoft for an educational event about the evolving tech world. The following day, they watched from their end zone seats as Williams scrambled for a 17-yard touchdown in the final two minutes to seal a thrilling Bears comeback win. 

Afterward, they met with several team executives, including Bears chairman George McCaskey, President and CEO Kevin Warren, General Manager Ryan Poles, Special Advisor to the President Ted Crews, Strategic Executive Partner Noor Davis and Team Archivist Claire Blakemore. The group of leaders shared their journey, encouragement and wisdom with the student-athletes before their host entered the room. Fresh off the Bears's win, Williams took them through his mindset during the decisive touchdown drive that they had just witnessed and also shared advice he would give his younger self.

"When you find something you love, you're the only one that can make it happen; so make it happen,” Williams said.

In recognition of Williams being named NFLPA Community MVP for Week 11, the NFL Players Association will donate $10,000 to his nonprofit of choice. Along with the other Community MVPs from this season, he will also be eligible for the Alan Page Community Award, which is the NFLPA’s highest player honor and includes an additional $100,000 donation.
