We are welcoming a new baby into the family this summer! As we've been saying lately: "we don't need things, we need help!"

We know recovering from childbirth (in your 40s) and adjusting to two kiddos will be a huge challenge for all of us. We don't need the items of a traditional baby registry. Instead, we are hoping to raise $6,600 for a postpartum doula who will help care for baby, mommy, and family in the early weeks of our new life.

If you are not familiar, a postpartum doula is a trained support person who provides care and guidance to the family and baby after childbirth to ensure everyone is thriving. They ease some of the load for the parents and act as an extra set of hands as well and emotional support.

We are so grateful that this baby is entering a community of deep love and care. We know you understand the value of healing and support in this very tender time. Having a doula will make all the difference for us.
