My15atUSC is a movement to celebrate, restore, and safeguard the Tuition Assistance Benefit (TAB) as it was promised to eligible USC staff, faculty, and their families. ❤️✌️

Our story is simple. We have served the USC community for decades. Yet in the face of self-inflicted financial and administrative mismanagement, USC decided that the promises made to us were optional. Our children's futures were sacrificed first, quietly, while the university simultaneously was rife with overspending, expansion, executive bloat, and exclusive benefits like housing loans.

We are comprised of current and former staff and faculty, most who have worked at USC for 15 years or more. Many of us are Trojan alum, and we come from families who have been proud members of the Trojan Family for generations. We are among the most loyal and longest-serving Trojans. We made our life and career decisions based on the promise of TAB. We passed on more lucrative opportunities and stayed with USC all to ensure that our kids had access to a quality education, should they be accepted to the university.

I'm starting this campaign to help with costs associated with our Newsletter, domain renewals, hosting and subscriptions, and for tangible things like business cards and branded SWAG. I'm also exploring our options as a 501(c)(3) but would need funding in order to complete the necessary paperwork and filings to become an NPO. Until now, I've personally covered all costs.

Any and all contributions will go directly to supporting this cause and restoring TAB benefits to our most faithful Trojans.
