Hello, my name is Alexa Rouchon. This is very uncomfortable for me but I know the outcome is worth it. So, me and my life group are paying it forward... BIG TIME. This incredibly strong man named Joel M. has had it pretty rough. He was waiting at a bus stop a little under a year ago while a car crashed into him, causing him to lose both of his legs. Because of this, he is forced to stay home with his two sons, 2 & 8 years of age. The wife works a minimum waged job to support all 4 of them. They live in a rented room/garage of someone's house. This whole project is anonymous (the family has no clue who we are or what they are about to receive). A friend who is helping us get in contact with them asked the family what they need and humbly, all Joel responded with is food and clothes for their children. My group and I have decided to raise $5,000 within 2 weeks so we can surprise them with 3 months rent, 3 month supply of food, a brand new wardrobe, and 2 day park hopper tickets to Disneyland for all four of them to enjoy the happiest place on earth.
With this big goal and short time frame, I am in need of asking people for help. Donations would be incredibly appreciated, just sparing anything you have. Even $10 helps. If money is not something you can spare, my friends and I are willing to offer services for things like dog walking, dog sitting, baby sitting, car washing, collecting cans, window washing etc for donations toward Joel and his family.
