Michael, Finlay and Elliott

Hi, we are Kate & Billie and we are fundraising for a lovely family who has recently lost Jayne, a loving mum to Finlay (5) and Elliott (1), partner to Michael.

After suffering from pain in her side Jayne went to see her doctor. Shortly after her visit, Jayne was told that she had terminal cancer. This of course came as a shock to Jayne and her family.

A week before Finlay's 5th Birthday Jayne sadly lost her brief battle with cancer and passed away at Lindsey Lodge Hospice.

During the time of Jayne's illness dad (Michael) had to give up his job to help support his family at home. Dad continues to stay at home with Elliott and be the main source of at-home support for his children.

We want to support the family in any way we can and thought a go fundme would be an ideal opportunity to gain support from our wonderful community and those that have also been touched by Jayne's story.
