MILES FOR A CURE:10K TOWARDS ENDING CANCER

Hello! I am Ditu Kasuyi II. Cancer has deeply affected my family. Four of my relatives—my grandmother, her two brothers, and my aunt—have been diagnosed with cancer. Unfortunately, one of her brothers passed away before I was born, robbing me of the chance to meet him. The emotional toll cancer has taken on my family is immeasurable, and no one should have to go through this.

That’s why I’m running for a cause. I want to raise $10,000 for the Cancer Action Coalition of Virginia because I believe no one should face cancer alone, and together, we can make a difference. What better way to do this than running a 10K to raise $10,000—one step at a time, for a cause that means so much to me and my family.
