Help Us Build a Well in Liberia

This is the first year of our Interact Club at Middleton High School, and we would love to receive your support for an ambitious goal of our inaugural year. We are trying to fully fund a water well at a school called Bishop G. Lawrence Wallace Daycare, Elementary & Junior High School in Kpehpeh Town, which is located in rural Liberia. We learned about the water situation in rural Africa, and specifically in the rural areas of Liberia in March and we are closing in our goal.
We want the students at this Liberian school to be free to pursue their education rather than spending so much time each day to gather water for their families. We also want to reduce their potential for waterborne diseases from current surface water sources. We feel that providing them a clean water source, our base necessity as humans, will free them to improve other aspects of their life.
