River Cities Cornhole has been working hard to grow the recreational sport of cornhole in our community, and together we’ve seen tremendous progress. For the past two summers, we’ve hosted weekly Monday Night Cornhole at the Devine Park courts. This past summer was our biggest success yet, with amazing turnout and community participation!

Unfortunately, our season had to end in mid-August due to shorter days and the lack of lighting at the park. To keep the momentum going and expand future seasons, lighting at Devine Park is essential.

Every dollar gets us closer to turning Devine Park into a well-lit, safe, and accessible recreational hub for everyone to enjoy.

• Increased Accessibility: More people can enjoy the park after work hours, especially during shorter daylight seasons.

• Safety & Security: Adequate lighting makes Devine Park a safer and more welcoming space for families and players.

• Community Events: Evening events and tournaments will strengthen community connections and participation.

If we don’t reach our fundraising goal, funds raised will still be used to support community cornhole events, equipment needs, and opportunities to grow the sport locally.
