WWII 80th Anniversary Celebrations Fund

We continue recognizing and celebrating WWII veterans on May 26 at the Lauderhill Performing Arts Center. Join the South Plantation High School Junior ROTC cadets, Quilts of Valor Foundation, Young Marines, Veterans & Homefront Voices (all certified non-profit organizations) to celebrate local WWII veterans.  We host ceremonies for veterans of all eras since WWII.

 

 

Each veteran will be presented with a custom Legacy Plaque, a quilt from the Quilts of Valor, Thank You cards and banners made by children, in a presentation by the community and by JROTC cadets and other youth leaders.

 

Most importantly, the WWII veterans will be treated like Rock Stars and will have a great time.

 

The event is free - which is why we have a fundraising page. Help us celebrate and appreciate Broward County's local WWII veterans.
