Kat and I will be headed to Asia (primarily S.E Asia) for the next year and a half starting April 2023. We have decided to not only support the orphanage below (my second visit, Kats 3rd)...but to support and visit at least one orphanage in every country we go to. Our trip will take us to at least 9 different countries by mid 2024, that means at least 9 different orphanages. We plan to continue this locally in whatever community we arrive back in here in the US but for now we there. Kat and I's efforts have raised over 2k for this orphanage, with a combined total of over 8k when combined with the efforts of our church family this past holiday season. In addition to the note below, two orphanages in Cambodia and Phillipines was added to that.
Dec 2022: My church, One Faith Church in Christ, is sponsoring our 3rd fundraiser for this blind orphanage. 2 years ago my Kat and I got the chance to go back to her hometown together and help bring the funds and resources to them. We got to see the conditions of the facility, as well as got the chance to feed them and to see a show put on by the kids.
If you didn't know, these kids are all from unfortunate backgrounds. Some of them had parents die and the families are unable to help or nonexistent. Some of the kids were blinded by uxo (unexploded ordinance) dropped during the vietnam war that's still present and scattered around in the woods under dirt and roots, and there families can't attend to them.
Ps. I am also selling clothes and 100% of all profits will go towards this . Click link here
I am also selling household and office items through a pick your price donation system. Items can be found on the announcements section of this gofundme

3 years ago in her first trip home as an adult Kat got the chance to go to this orphanage in Pattaya. Pattaya is known for its night life, but with that comes the immoral life. Many of these kids below come from home where one partner was traveling to Thailand just to engage in said activities, which is why you see many mixed children here. This means the women usually don't have the ability to care for the child as they can barely provide for themselves and their current family and the child would just be a hindrance to them earning a living.
