Every week, families in our community face hunger, fear, and instability — not because they’ve done anything wrong, but because they are experiencing crisis situations or struggling to make ends meet.

La Mano Extendida is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit bringing hope and essentials to families across Los Angeles and Orange County. Through food drives, private deliveries, and community partnerships, we extend a hand where it’s needed most.

What began as small, door-to-door deliveries has grown into a movement of kindness — connecting volunteers, local businesses, and community partners to serve families with dignity and love. Every grocery drop-off, toy drive, and resource packet is a reminder that Amor Runs Deep — and that when we come together, even small acts of care can create lasting change.

Through our Hands in Motion volunteer days, Holiday drives, and monthly community food banks, La Mano Extendida continues to bring light, stability, and opportunity to families who often feel unseen.
