Hello, my name is Derrick Williamson, Founder and CEO of The Way Dynamic Animal Therapy Encounters Inc. and Paramount Wildlife Incorporated. I operate a farm in Morgan County, Georgia, where our mission has always been twofold: improving the lives of people through animal therapy initiatives and saving the lives of animals through wildlife rescue efforts.
Over the past several years, I have been involved in an ongoing legal and property dispute that has had devastating personal, financial, and emotional consequences. As a result of this conflict, I have been removed from my home and separated from the farm that serves as the foundation for our work. I have also endured repeated legal challenges that have drained my resources and made it increasingly difficult to continue the mission I have dedicated my life to.
The impact has been heartbreaking. Many of the animals that were under my care have been displaced, rehomed, or otherwise lost due to circumstances beyond my control. These animals are not just part of my work—they are part of my family and the heart of our therapy and rescue efforts.
For the past four years, I have done everything in my power to address this situation through legal channels. Unfortunately, the prolonged litigation, legal fees, property expenses, and animal care costs have exhausted my financial reserves. I am now at a point where I urgently need support to continue fighting for my home, my animals, and the mission I believe in.
I am currently working more than 60 hours a week to try to stay afloat, but the burden has become overwhelming. I am asking for your help during this critical time. Your support will go directly toward legal expenses, property-related costs, and the continued care and recovery of the animals involved in our program.
This farm and this mission have been my life’s work and my dream. With your help, I hope to continue the fight, rebuild, and restore what has been lost.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story, for your compassion, and for any support you are able to provide. From the bottom of my heart—and on behalf of the animals we serve—I am deeply grateful.
God bless.
