Appeal for Judith - Dismissed before Xmas

Bus Drivers in Battersea bus garage have voted in a union consultative ballot to support sacked Unite Trade Union representative and Health and Safety Rep Judith Katera.

The campaign for her reinstatement will continue in the new year. But disgracefully, Judith was dismissed by her employer just 3 weeks before Christmas and has no income. She is waiting for an appeal hearing against trumped-up allegations but a date has not yet been set.
