I’m raising money to help support people living with dementia — including my amazing nan and grandad, who are both on this journey right now.
Dementia is a general term for loss of memory, language, and other thinking abilities that are severe enough to interfere with daily life. Alzheimer's is the most common cause of dementia.
Dementia can change things so quickly. One day, you share stories and laughs, and the next, gently remind them of who you are. It’s heartbreaking — but just being there still means everything.
We’re learning to cherish the good moments, find joy in the little things, and focus on the love that’s always there - even if the memories fade.
I have so much respect for the carers who show up daily with patience and kindness. They’re true heroes.
This fund supports people with dementia — for resources, care, and moments of comfort that can make a real difference in their daily lives. Any donation or share would mean the world.
Thank you for reading and supporting me.
