Medical Emergency, Identity Theft, & Financial Crisis

Hi everyone,
Last week, I experienced one of the scariest moments of my life. I woke up in a hospital bed, unable to move, not knowing how I got there or what had happened. I had suffered multiple seizures and what doctors called a Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) — a mini-stroke caused by a possible blood clot. I had no memory for over 24 hours. My blood pressure and heart rate were dangerously unstable, and it was terrifying.
I’m home now and slowly recovering, but I’m still unable to work. My partner, Joseph, missed almost a full week of work to be with me, and we’re falling behind financially because of this unexpected crisis. On top of that, Joseph is currently having his wages garnished due to identity theft, and although we’ve started the process to fix it, it could take months to resolve.
We’re not asking for much — honestly, anything helps, even just sharing this post or sending up a prayer. We don’t have family support, and asking for help is hard, but at this point, we don’t know where else to turn.
If you’re able to give, even $5, we’ll be incredibly grateful. If you can share this, it would mean the world.
Thank you to everyone who’s reached out, helped, or just sent good thoughts. It means more than you know. Love, Joseph, Britt, and the kids
