Send Jessie To Puerto Rico

As you probably know , my sister Jessie and I are half Puerto Rican on our fathers side. What you may not know is that because we weren't very close to our father we never really knew that side of our family or anything about the place they come from.

It's a hard thing as a kid to always know you are a little bit "other" from the people you grew up with and love. We were pretty happy kids, but there was always a question mark on that part of our lives.

As an adult I went to Puerto Rico for the first time and reunited with my family. It was a life changing trip. I felt instantly connected to my family and the island and I can't imagine my life without that experience.

Now I want that experience for Jessie and I want her two sons to know that part of their heritage as well.

Jessie is a single mom and recently went back to school to better her life and the life of her sons, Connor and Hunter, so a Christmas trip to the Carribean is not exactly in the cards for them.

I have found a place for them to stay with our family. I just need some help from you guys to pay for transportation and food.
