I’m walking 1000km across August!

I’ll also have plenty of space and time to talk about all the different things happening in people’s lives, so it’s sure to be a beneficial time for many.

I’m on a mission to improve the lives of those in struggling with Mental health in whatever way I can.

Pushing my body to its limits, is one thing I can do and do well.

This is a real challenge for me, having previously completed 500km last year the fire inside me is lit and I’m excited to push again!

Most importantly for me, I want to spark those conversations that create mindset changes, that show we care, that help catapult us all forward mentally.

And with your support, we can all make a difference!

Every day, we see the impact of mental health struggles in individuals and families all over the world.

Bettermentall Australia is a local community organisation (based in Trafalgar) that works with people who are facing adversity every day and helping them not only get through those tough times but to thrive in life.
