Hello to all of you kind hearted people around the world, My name is Majd and I an the mother of Amir aged 6 and Nay aged 2.

My daughter Nay has down syndrome and many other health complications, including congenital heart disease. Amir and Nay are my whole world, all I wish is for them to live in safety and for Nay to receive the medical care that she desperately needs.
