Hi, my name is Ivy! I'm from Fort Worth, Texas, and on January 11th, I’m taking off on my second semester to continue serving humanity on the adventure of a lifetime!  



For my whole life... 

My passion has been to find a way to use what makes me feel alive to serve and uplift humanity. Well, what makes me feel alive is

(1) musical theatre,

(2) leadership, and

(3) connecting with people of different cultures! 






Up With People (501c3) is allowing me the opportunity to come together with an international cast of incredible young leaders from all around the world who want to unite to make a difference in the world. We will take our leadership and communication skills to the next level as well as share music performances and programs that inspire and support positive change globally.

Each week, we will move to a new city to perform our inspiring musical performance as well as fulfill a community service project where we will be doing things like build houses for Habitat for Humanity, make sandwiches for the homeless, paint fences, share leadership skills and promote cultural awareness, or even teach young children how to read, just to name a few.

I’ve wanted to be a part of this program for as long as I can remember, and to have been accepted into it is a DREAM COME TRUE!

My Road Map



This year we will be touring in 6 countries— The United States, Mexico, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, and Germany.


July & August 2018: Denver, Colorado. We will be training in leadership, learning the show, bonding with the cast, and getting a feel for the process of the rest of the semester tour. 


September 2018: US Mission Begins. We will kick off the tour by serving various US cities in states including Nevada, South Dakota, and Kansas. 


October 2018: International Mission Begins. Tour to serve in various cities in Mexico including Coahuila, Durango, and Zacatecas. 


November & December 2018: Tour to serve various cities in Europe including Stockholm (Sweden), Helsingborg (Sweden), and Struer (Denmark). 


January & February 2019: Denver, Colorado. Second semester begins! We start training with the new participants and reaching a new level of our leadership for those of us in our second semester!


March 2019: US Mission for second semester begins. We'll begin our tour traveling through Colorado, Las Vegas, California, and Washington State!


April 2019: International mission for second semester begins. Will be touring around Mexico including Mexico City!

May & June 2019: Back to Europe to serve various cities in Belgium, Germany, and Denmark where I'll end my semester!

How You Can Help

Once accepted into this program, each member is required to fundraise a set amount of money to cover our year of service around the world.  The first semester of my trip started on July 24th, and my next installment is due on January 11th before I can get on the plane to continue.  I’m getting so close— I just need a little boost of help to push me through. Please support me in making my dream to serve and inspire the world to global change come true! I can’t wait to go out and make a difference in this world!

•Shoutout on my weekly travel vlog (video blog) series where I will be giving my followers a look into what's happening in every city that I visit!



$350- Silver: Sponsor-A-Week 
(Corporate Option Available)

•Postcard from the location I'm in on your week with a written note about what I did that week and what was made possible by your sponsorship. (Earliest week filled first in chronological order; although you can select a particular week for an additional $10 donation.)

•You will be the sole sponsor shoutout in my travel vlog for the entire week, and I will share your website, logo, and mission statement of your business, if applicable.



$700- Gold: Sponsor-Two-Weeks 
(Corporate Option Available)

•Postcards from both locations I’m in on your 2 weeks with a written note about what I did each week and what was made possible by your sponsorship. (Earliest weeks filled first in chronological order; although you can select a particular week for an additional $10 donation.)

•You will be the sole sponsor shoutout for two of my weekly travel vlogs, and I will share your website, logo, and mission statement of your business, if applicable.
