In memory of Felicia Cantone
I’m sorry about the delay in writing this, has you know my beautiful Niece Felicia lost her battle to Ewings Sarcoma ( a
rare form of cancer) on the 12.08.21.
She was laid to rest on the 23rd August 21. We are has a family still grieving.
She was brave, Strong and suffered
greatly throughout her life to this
terrible disease.
But she still managed to be the life and
soul of the party! She never let her
cancer bring her down for longer than a
couple of days!
She took great care in her appearance
through out her illness. She loved
glamour, with wigs and the power of
make up no one would know she had
cancer. Other than the fact she was an
amputee (due to her cancer she lost her
leg at the the age of 10)
No one would know she was ill!
She was a huge inspiration to other
cancer sufferers!
I know that many of you out their know someone who has been Inflicted with
this terrible disease.
Cancer research is so underfunded!
They need our help!
Felicia had completed more than one
clinical trial , which bought her time, she
tried everything that was on offer.
Her clinical trials were demanding, lots of hospital visits, test after tests, time
taken away from her in hospital.
She committed herself to helping to find a cure and she would not give up her
fight right until the end.
Heartbreaking for us.
How can a 23yr old be ready to die.
She was very ambitious, even managed
to get a 1st in her business management degree, being the only one in her year to actually start her own business! It took her 5 yrs because of her disease.
I would like to have done more for her
during her life, but Covid took two
year’s away from us…we’re we couldn’t
travel or see each other…
The world is about give and take, we has a family would like to give back.
We would like to help Cancer Research
find a better way to treat, diagnose and even cure this horrific disease called
Cancer.
I would like to take this Opportunity to
thank Dr Strauss and her oncology
team,. Macmillan and The Teenage
Cancer Trust for looking after her for all
these years.
I will be holding raffles, events , selling
concert tickets , what ever I can get my
hands on. If anyone would like to donate something other than cash, please email me personally.
Spread the love together we can make a difference. Felicia Cantone will not be
forgotten. RIP my love know your
always in our thoughts.
