Idil Aden's case of sexism and racism at DSB

On behalf of Idil Aden, we are creating this official GoFundMe (after being provided permission from the civil service of Denmark) to provide her financial aid to run her case against her former workplace, the Danish state-owned DSB.
WHAT HAPPENED?
During her previous job position at the Danish state-owned company DSB, Idil Aden has been subjected to sexual harassments from a DSB superior, a racially motivated verbal attack from a train passenger during her working hours, and has been unreasonably fired after reporting her sexual harassment case to DSB's HR manager.
To top it all off, DSB has offered her DKK 10,000 hush money to make sure this case never sees daylight.
Today, Idil Aden has found work elsewhere. But she is still affected by her horrible experiences in DSB.
She ran the case through her labor union, but without success, and is now filing a complaint to the Equal Treatment Board in Denmark.
According to her lawyer Idil there is substantial proof that the conduct and statements and actions mentioned in this case both sexualized and objectified Idil Aden and created an environment where she as an DSB employee could not feel safe, which constitutes a violation of the prohibition of discrimination on the base of gender, including harassment, cf. section 2a subsection 1-2.
Her complaints about the way in which DSB handled Idil Aden's complaint about the practitioner, the superior who sexually harassed her, was not processed at all by DSB's HR department.
Instead, Idil Aden was simply fired when she, through her complaint, sought to ensure that the principle of equal treatment was observed in relation to her case.
Finally, it has been documented that Idil Aden's experience of the harassing environment is not unique - former DSB employees have experienced the same, as evidenced by the statements and screenshots presented from correspondences with other former employees.
It is thus documented that this sexist culture has existed in DSB for many years without them having intervened against the derogatory and sexualized treatment of their female employees.
WHY DKK 25,000?
Psychological help in Denmark costs approximately DKK 1000 per hour, while legal help is between DKK 1000 and DKK 2500 per hour. Therefore, we are looking for a financial lead of DKK 25,000, which will go straight to both necessary psychological help and legal advice in Idil's case and appeal against her former workplace DSB. This in the hope that Idil can get peace and justice once and for all.
