I know that I am not unique and that there are many women and children out there, with similar problems.

I would not have thought that I would be in a position like this but I have tried every possible way and unfortunately there is no other option.

My name is Jennifer and I am a mother of two daughters.

Over four years ago, we left behind a happy, stable, and secure home in South Africa to migrate to the Netherlands. Soon after arriving, everything changed. There was physically and emotional abuse and we were put through years of trauma. I have been harassed and intimidated and we live as prisoners in our rooms to avoid conflict, trying to survive in an unbearable situation. Social services and Police visits have become the norm for me and my children.

I want to have a stable and normal life for my daughters and I want us to rebuild our lives.

For nearly a year, I have searched endlessly for a safe home, exhausting every option and with the current crisis, there is simply nothing available. We are out of time, out of options, and desperate for help.

I just want a safe and happy home for me and my girls. I just want us to have ourlives back. We are stuck to endure this unhealthy environment.

I am asking for any support—whether a donation to help me with unnecessary legal fees which has now been put on me and for me to get my own legal help, for my daughters and me to finally be free or even just a share, or a prayer—
