Dear Shoe Families,

I hope this message finds you well and everyone is having a great holiday season so far.  For those of you I haven't had the pleasure of meeting personally, my name is Matt Ellis, Madison's father.  My wife and I recently learned of an unfortunate situation that one of our beloved teachers is going through and we're hoping the Shoe Families can help.

Ms. Nadine in the Sparkleberries has recently had some unfortunate life events that have led her to seek refuge in a homeless shelter.  She is also experiencing some medical issues that will require surgery in the near future.  Due to these events and having to take extended leave, this has caused an extreme financial strain for her.

She is still working and always has a smile on her face, despite her current situation.  Anyone who has had the pleasure of having their child cared for by Ms. Nadine knows just how much she loves our children.  Nadine let me know The Shoe team is aware of her situation and has been extremely helpful and supportive through this time.

My wife and I are reaching out in hopes of getting the entire Shoe family to join The Shoe’s efforts in helping Nadine get through this difficult time.  Thank you in advance for any help and support with helping Ms. Nadine through this time:)
