Hello, my name is Herbert Menzies and I have a mental illness. Almost everyone has lost someone to suicide or has battled suicide. According to the WHO worldwide some 700,000 lose this battle yearly, equivalent to roughly 2,000 daily. I am writing a book about my struggles with suicidal ideation and how I beat them. I want to help save lives. I have lost two cousins and one great-niece to this beast.

Any funds collected will be devoted to the production and promotion of this book.
