My family and I have been struggling for over a year after chase bank closed our bank account and left us without access to our own money. In June 2024, our Chase Bank account (United States) was suddenly closed without any warning. Despite reaching out to the bank, they have not explained why and what happend. they told us the only way to resolve us getting are account back is to fly back to america and in all seriousness all are we supposed to get back with little to no fund.

It's now 2025 and we have been doing everything we can just to get through. We reached out to family, friends, and neighbors, but we have received no assistance. We are currently living in a DIRTY area because a friend offered us a small place free of charge, but it has no electricity and no running water. There is no safe way to cook, clean, or store food. We are doing our best, but the conditions are extremely difficult.

Now you may ask "why don't you get a job" well for starters my mom is not a citizen of this country so she can't get a job (she also doesn't have certain documents to even work here)

We also tried asking the U.S. Embassy for help. They offered a loan, but accepting it would separate me and my sister from our mother and place us in a shelter in the U.S. Since we have no home there and cannot repay the loan right now, we had no choice but to decline.

At this moment we need decent housing,food,"clean drinking water" since the water makes our stomach bubble and it legit taste like DIRT. We also need hygiene and what really need this money for is for us to fly back to the US and get are account back

We are not looking for a whole mansion of some sort or even just a luxury in general we just want ability to live safely and meet our basic needs while we work toward fixing our situation.
