Help a single mom get a new transmission
Donation protected
Hi friends,
I’m writing this on behalf of my daughter, MacKenzie Mullens, who is a hardworking single mom of two beautiful little girls, Kendra and Miriam. She would never ask for help herself, but as her mother, I know when it’s time to reach out for her. I try to do what I can, but I am retired, so I have limited income myself.
MacKenzie lives in Austin, Texas, and handles everything on her own — rent, daycare, groceries, all of it. She receives no child support and no Social Security benefits, even after the tragic loss of her oldest daughter’s father years ago. Despite all that, she is there for her girls every single day.
Right now, her car is out of commission due to a major transmission issue. She’s been quoted thousands just for the repair, and it’s just not something she can afford while juggling everything else. Whether it’s fixing the transmission, help with paying off her current loan, or putting something toward a more reliable vehicle — she just needs help getting back on the road.
Having reliable transportation is essential for her to work and care for her children. Any support — whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this — would mean so much to her little family.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and for supporting a mama who gives her all, every single day.
With gratitude and many thanks,
MacKenzie’s Mom
