Helping Kay Campbell recover
Donation protected
My name is Scott and I’m posting this to help, Kay Campbell, my friend of 34 years. Kay lost her beloved husband, Ed Hayaud-Din on November 1, 2016.
They were inseparable during their 23 years together, and managed through the ups and downs of the small business they created at the Jersey shore.
In March 2013 Ed was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and went through chemo, blood transfusions, all sorts of medicines and even experienced a year of remission. Kay was always by his side to encourage him, comfort him, run errands, and do her best to keep the business going. Ed was given a drug that caused a severe allergic reaction; his skin blistered and came off…twice; and his body gave up. Kay was by his side. The business failed.
I’m here to ask your help with this fundraiser in getting Kay some money to help with the debts that piled up while her beloved husband lay dying. Kay will be taking on the added responsibility of care for her brother, who living in a nursing homes is the only family she has left.
Due to circumstances beyond Ed's control, he left unresolved money matters, They weighed heavily on him in his final days, adding stress and despair. I know that those of you who are family and friends will try your best to help Kay. This is being sent in the strictest confidence, I have not divulged this message to Kay.
I would like this fundraiser to reach it's target by 12/31/2016 to help Kay with these debts and allow her to begin the process of healing without the financial burden.
We are grateful for your support and your prayers and appreciate your kindness and generosity.
Please reach out with any questions.
