Adoption love story

Hello My name is Johnathan Brown my Wife is Roshawn Brown. We are a married couple that has infertility issues. My wife suffered multiple pregnancy loss. We suffered a ectopic pregnancy in our first year of marriage. This was a very painful part of our lives. Roshawn couldn’t have children naturally after this surgery. We always wanted to adopt even before the fertility issues. We love children.

We never thought our lives would be without children. God heard our prayers he heard our cries. Our adoption story was passed to a childhood friend of my wife. The story of this soon to be child is a journey in its self.

Our Expecting Birth Mother is only 14 years old. The story of this child who will be giving birth to our child is very bittersweet but we vowed to support her in any way we can and so far we have done just that!

Roshawn and I have been working very hard to support our expecting birth mother and her family who are in poverty. Roshawn has been working 2 jobs and has organized spaghetti dinners , and yard sales to help this family who has become our extended family. Roshawn and I plan to use the funds that you donate to pay our agency “ A Love Beyond Borders “ we hit some unexpected fees such as California lawyer fees $4,000 and an expedited home study fee of $1500.00. also Travel and lodging fees to travel to the state of California where our adoptive daughter will be born we have to stay 2 weeks in California so lodging can be very expensive around the holidays.

Our Due date is predicted to be Dec 30th . We really need the donations to bring our daughter home. Colorado is a Agency State and we have to use an Agency to complete this Adoption. This Independent adoption would have cost more if we didn’t have our match already. We have continue to work hard, to save while still donating our own money to our birth mothers family. We are good people and we know that times can be rough for everyone and that 95 percent of gofund me’s fail because people do not care. Well we don’t believe that! We BELIEVE you do care.
