Help A Loving Father And His Children Keep Their House

As-salamu alaykum Brothers and sisters. My family and I are in a situation where we are being thrown out of our home. A home we love and home we worked so hard to get. We have only been here since February and I’m not being kicked out for being late on rent or any bills. I am being kicked out because my friends who is the , responsible party and I am just added to the lease so apparently that mean he can kick me out for no reason at all and I have no right to fight it. I don’t known what to do because I have two children who I have 50/50 custody with for the summer and we’re going to end up in a shelter. Please if anyone can help us because I can’t let my kids stay in a shelter. I had so many plans for them this summer and now this ruins everything. Thank you to anyone who donates and reads this, *Update* my landlord has agreed to let us stay as long as we come up with $2800 by June 1st. The person who caused all this will be taken off the lease and then my family will not lose the roof over our heads.
