Hello, my name is Albert Chochard, and my grandfather just got robbed today, November 14th, right after the government reopened, by some horrible crooks who were trying to sell him on fixing his driveway. They conned him into giving them $100. He went back into his bedroom to get a $50 to total it at $150, and while one crook wrote him a fake receipt, his crook friend went back into his bedroom and stole over $6,000 cash that he had been saving to pay for his funeral after the death of my grandmother. He has been alone for almost a year now. Did my grandfather deserve this? No. He has served in Vietnam and fought for this country. I don’t understand why someone had to steal money from a lonely old man who is well into his 80s. My grandfather just lost his wife, and someone had the audacity to steal his money that he needed to pay for his funeral. He is very lucky that they didn’t beat him and that they left without harming him. I’m just trying to get his money back so he can pay for his funeral. Please help my grandfather.
