Hi my name is Amanda and my mum has recently lost her life’s savings meaning that she isn’t able to retire after 60 years of working full time.

My partner and I were recently extorted out of a large sum of money by our ex landlord who brought a false claim against us. We weren’t informed of the date, time or address of the hearing meaning our ex landlord received a default judgment. The civil court judge did not scrutinise any of her fabricated evidence and awarded her a default “damages” judgment in our absence for nearly £65k

Our right to appeal was denied and so my amazing mum emptied her savings to prevent the courts from making me bankrupt and taking my businesses.

She was supposed to retire this month but now has to carry on working as she has no savings. I’m devastated and doing everything I can to pay her savings back. Any help I can get would be so greatly appreciated. Please see my TikTok, Instagram or facebook accounts for the full story ❤️
