Our good friend Janis Hughes, who has been diagnosed with stage four breast cancer, was denied by the federal government the legal ability to ease her end-of-life anxiety through powerful and proven psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy. After her story went national, she was approached by a therapist trained in this discipline who led her through what Janis would describe as 'life changing' therapy. She feels she is now able to live her remaining days in joy and peace.

Concerned that others in her situation are not legally able to access this incredible gift, Janis and a group consisting of terminal patients, healthcare professionals, and others with afflictions that have been clinically proven to be helped by this therapy are bravely challenging the federal government to allow all Canadians in this and other dire situations legal access to medical psilocybin and therapy as their given right under the Charter. Please help fund this worthy cause. All donations will go to fund the legal defense of this momentous challenge.
