Hello, my name is Heidi Wolf-Pfeifer, a former teacher at Chikore Secondary School in Chipinge, Zimbabwe.
One of my former students, Luke Mugobo, founded the organization "The Chipinge Vulnerable Children Intervention Programme (CVCIP)" aiming at helping vulnerbale people in this area, respectively children, single mothers and elderly people.
Luke Mugobo is supported by young and committed volunteers.
The NGO collects donations in order to assist with school materials, school fees and food supplies for children and women.
In order to become more sustainable the organization startet an agricultural project for the community that includes water supply from a nearby river, corn as well as fish farming.
In order to make the project grow they need more funds.
Every donations will go directly to the organization.

Hallo, ich bin Heidi Wolf-Pfeifer, ehemalige Lehrerin in Chipinge, Zimbabwe und unterstütze mit dieser Spendenaktion meinen ehemaligen Schüler und dessen Hilfsorganisation.
Die von Luke Mugobo, in Chipinge, im Südosten Zimbabwes gegründete NGO (Nicht-Regierungsorganisation), „The Chipinge Vulnerable Children Intervention Programme (CVCIP), braucht Unterstützung zur Anschaffung von Hilfsgütern, die sie in die zum Teil entlegenen und schwer erreichbaren Dörfer bringen.
Die Organisation kümmert sich um besonders schutzbedürftige Menschen, insbesondere Waisenkinder, Witwen und ältere Menschen. Ehrenamtlich tätige Personen sammeln gebrauchte Kleidung, Nahrungsmittel und Geldspenden für z.B. Schulgebühren, kleinere Anschaffungen und Unterkünfte. Des Weiteren bieten sie psychologische Unterstützung und Schutzräume für Menschen in großer Not.
Da Zimbabwe ein immer noch sehr armes Land ist, steht die Organisation täglich vor großen Herausforderungen. Jede finanzielle Hilfe geht direkt an die Organisation / Menschen und wird dort für deren Zwecke verwendet. Als ehemalige Lehrerin von Luke Mugobo stehe ich hinter seinem Projekt.
