Family court failed my son - URGENT help needed

Brantley is my 8-year-old son who has lived primarily with me his entire life. He is academically advanced and a part of the gifted and talented program at his school. He has many friends here including his girlfriend he’s attended Kindergarten through 2nd grade with. He’s thriving here! 

Due to false allegations and hearsay that my ineffective counsel, who not only neglected to have the therapist submit her report so that she could speak on behalf of Brantley, but didn’t rebut those false allegations. The judge, who didn’t allow my son’s Guardian ad Litem in the court room to speak on behalf of Brantley as well, found it in my son’s best interest to uproot Brantley from his primary home and move him to Chillicothe, Ohio, where his father lives. 

My son’s voice was not heard and he deserves to be heard. This is not what he wants nor is it what’s truly in his best interest. I’m asking you to please consider donating, so that I can motion this back to court through a CR60.02. I have counsel waiting to be retained that has given me hope we can change this outcome before I have to tell my little boy he has to move.
