Please, please help me and my boyfriend. ICE detained my boyfriend on Friday, August 15 while going to the beach with our at the time 18 month old August 15th around 11:15am I got a call from my boyfriend saying ice was following him on his way to the beach with the baby and they pulled him over and asked him to step out the car and turn it off, he was already in cuffs when he called me, he was telling them that our baby was in the car but they ignored him the baby was left in the car for about 20-25 minutes before they listened to him and checked, it was very hot that day here in NY, when they finally got the baby out the car, they were going to take him and the baby but I rushed down there from work so I could get the baby and tell them about his approved sijs and work visa but they told me it was “revoked” but nothing was revoked, they lied, all my boyfriend does is work and spend time with me and our baby; he is currently working two jobs and even does DoorDash sometimes to always make sure we have a little extra money. He is truly a good person with no criminal record. All he wants to do is be here for his son and me. He wants to finish high school this year he is an senior. He is 18 years old, and I am 19, and our beautiful baby boy is now 20 months. We are all the family he has, and right now he is separated from our baby boy who misses his papi more than words can explain. I am doing everything that I can do to bring him home where he belongs with me his soon to be wife and beautiful baby boy, he has and approved sijs and valid work visa and I have all his documents. All we want is to live our lives and raise our son together. My goal is $3,000 for his immigration lawyer
